Zusammenfassung

Prometeo Talent is partnering with an international digital services company to recruit an Affiliate Manager to drive growth across LATAM in the iGaming space. You will build, manage, and scale affiliate partnerships, focusing on performance and compliant traffic across Latin America.

Ideally you have 3–5+ years in affiliate management, a strong LATAM network, and experience with CPA, RevShare, and hybrid deals. English fluency is required, and Spanish or Portuguese are highly valued.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years of experience in Affiliate Management in iGaming or performance marketing.
• Proven LATAM affiliates or traffic partners network.
• Strong knowledge of CPA, RevShare and Hybrid models.
• Experience with affiliate platforms such as NetRefer, Affilka, MyAffiliates.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Spanish or Portuguese as native language preferred.

Aufgaben

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners across LATAM.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates and media partners.
• Negotiate and manage CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid partnership agreements.
• Monitor affiliate performance, focusing on metrics such as FTDs, NGR, retention, and traffic quality.
• Work closely with marketing and analytics teams to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
• Support affiliates with promotional strategies and campaign optimization.
• Ensure affiliates operate in line with brand guidelines and compliance requirements.
• Prepare regular performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders.
