Dimov Tax seeks a detail-oriented Junior Tax Accountant / Data Entry Specialist to support our tax preparation team. You will accurately enter client tax information into Intuit ProConnect Tax, organize confidential records, and assist tax professionals with admin and data processing during tax season and year-round.

The ideal candidate has basic accounting knowledge, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with professionalism.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Basic understanding of accounting or tax concepts.
• Experience with data entry or administrative work.
• Familiarity with Intuit ProConnect Tax or similar software.
• Strong spreadsheet and file organization skills.

Responsabilidades

• Enter client tax documents into ProConnect Tax accurately.
• Review documents for completeness and request missing data.
• Organize electronic tax files and supporting documents.
• Verify data accuracy before submission to seniors.
• Assist with scanning, importing, and categorizing documents.
• Communicate with teammates about missing or inconsistent information.
• Follow tax office procedures and data security protocols.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information.
• Support administrative tasks during peak season.
