Evox, a US-based marketing agency, is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator to oversee creative campaigns in a fully remote environment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure on-time delivery from kickoff to completion.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in creative/marketing project management, strong proficiency with PM tools like Asana, and excellent organizational and communication skills, with experience in an agency setting.

Formación

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience.
• Agency environment experience with design, copywriting or marketing projects.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Understanding of creative processes within marketing campaigns.
• Problem-solving mindset to identify bottlenecks early.

Responsabilidades

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines: Develop and adjust project schedules in platforms like Asana, prioritizing tasks and milestones across multiple campaigns.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing strategists to assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve potential roadblocks.
• Manage Workload & Resources: Assess team capacity, redistribute tasks when necessary, and ensure the right resources are in place to meet project objectives.
• Track & Report Progress: Identify at-risk tasks using project tracking reports, elevate issues promptly, and keep stakeholders updated on project status.
• Optimize Processes: Spot inefficiencies in the workflow, recommend improvements, and implement best practices to enhance creative operations.
• Facilitate Communication: Serve as the main touchpoint for internal teams, providing clear, regular status updates and ensuring deadlines are met.
