• 2+ years of experience managing creative/marketing projects in an agency or marketing environment.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or Trello.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to update leadership effectively.
• Solid understanding of creative processes within marketing campaigns.
• Problem-solving mindset to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain project timelines using platforms like Asana, prioritizing tasks and milestones across campaigns.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters, and strategists to assign tasks and monitor progress.
• Manage workload and resources by assessing capacity and reallocating tasks as needed.
• Track and report progress, identifying at‑risk tasks and updating stakeholders on status.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement best practices to improve operations.
• Serve as the main touchpoint for internal teams, ensuring clear, regular status updates and on-time delivery.
