Kelly Services is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for a US-based marketing agency. This fully remote role supports cross-functional teams across the Americas, coordinating creative campaigns and assets from kickoff to delivery.

You will manage timelines, assign tasks in Asana or similar tools, monitor progress, and optimize workflows to keep projects on track. A minimum of two years in creative/marketing project management in an agency setting is required.

Formación

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines across multiple campaigns in Asana or similar tools.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams (designers, copywriters, strategists) to assign tasks and monitor progress.
• Manage Workload & Resources by assessing capacity and redistributing tasks as needed.
• Track & Report Progress using reports and dashboards; alert stakeholders of risks.
• Optimize Processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing improved workflows.
• Facilitate Communication as the main touchpoint for teams and timely status updates.
