Entara is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support the Controller in daily accounting operations and monthly close. You will manage records in QuickBooks Enterprise and assist with AP/AR, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA track or completed degree)
• 1–2 years of hands-on accounting experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise Suite is mandatory
• Advanced / Fluent English (written and spoken)

Aufgaben

• Daily Bookkeeping: Record bills, invoices, payments, and general financial transactions accurately.
• Accounts Payable (AP): Process vendor payments, review supporting documentation, and maintain up-to-date AP records.
• Accounts Receivable (AR): Assist with AR activities and perform necessary follow-ups.
• Reconciliations: Perform daily/monthly bank and credit card reconciliations; identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Month-End Close: Support the Controller with the monthly accounting close, basic journal entries, and financial reconciliations.
• System Maintenance: Maintain accurate and timely accounting records within QuickBooks Enterprise.
• Compliance & Coding: Ensure all transactions are properly coded, supported by documentation, and aligned with company standards.
• Ad-Hoc Support: Assist the Controller with financial reporting, ad-hoc tasks, and audit/information requests.
