Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to strategically analyze our pool of pre-vetted candidates to staff ongoing IT opportunities. The role acts as a key link between Client Services/Sales and the broader Talent Acquisition team.

Daily responsibilities include analyzing, selecting, preparing, and presenting candidates, managing the end-to-end vetting process from the client side, and staffing open positions while ensuring both time-to-market and revenue optimization are achieved.

Qualifications

• Experience working with IT recruiting and technical talent acquisition.
• Advanced level of English.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present candidates effectively.

Responsibilities

• Handle and fill openings, selecting candidates and meeting deadlines.
• Review and filter candidates in pipeline according to guidelines.
• Write summaries and edit resumes to present candidates effectively.
• Communicate with Clients, Client Services, and Sales teams.
