ComCap Holdings LLC is seeking an Investment Banking Analyst to support end-to-end client transactions, including M&A and capital-raising initiatives. The role involves preparing pitchbooks, conducting industry research, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality advisory services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, accounting, or valuation.
• Strong financial modeling skills in Excel and ability to build client-ready presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, precedent deals, private placements, and fundraising.
• Develop sell-side pitch materials highlighting opportunities and value propositions for investors and buyers.
• Prepare slides and presentations for client meetings, aligning with client objectives.
• Conduct industry, market, and product research to provide actionable insights.
• Assist in business development by preparing background materials and identifying opportunities.
