Job summary

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Transaction Execution Support — Work on M&A transactions, precedent deals, private placements, and fundraising initiatives by preparing financial analyses, transaction summaries, and supporting documentation such as trading comparable multiples.
• Sell-Side Pitch Creation — Develop sell-side pitch materials to support client mandates, highlighting strategic opportunities and value propositions to potential investors and buyers.
• Pitchbook and Presentation Preparation — Prepare slides and assist senior team members in preparing high-quality presentation materials for client meetings, ensuring alignment with client objectives and strategic dialogue.
• Industry and Market Research — Conduct in-depth industry, market, and product research to monitor current events, valuation trends, key financial metrics, and competitive landscapes, providing actionable insights to clients and senior bankers.
• Transaction Execution — Gather financial data, perform detailed analyses, and support the seamless execution of transactions such as M&A deals, IPOs, private equity settlements, and other advisory services.
• Business Development Support — Assist senior bankers in business development activities by preparing background materials and identifying potential opportunities for client engagement and pipeline growth.
• Project and Team Support — Assist in project coordination by facilitating communication between clients, advisory teams, and internal stakeholders. Support senior bankers in managing timelines, deliverables, and ensuring high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting or corporate development.
• Previous exposure to M&A transactions or relevant internship experience is highly preferred.

Technical Skills

• Strong financial modeling skills in Excel.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating client-facing materials.
• Familiarity with financial databases and research tools (e.g., Capital IQ, PitchBook) is a plus.

Language Skills

• Fluent/advanced English required (written and verbal), given regular interaction with international clients and teams.
