Job summary

Comcap Holdings Llc is seeking a highly experienced Investment Banking Expert for a remote contractor role. You will contribute to financial modeling, valuation, transaction analysis, and industry research, applying senior IB judgment to real-world scenarios and AI training tasks.

You will build and review Excel-based models, perform target screening and comparable company analyses, and help prepare pitchbooks and client materials.

Qualifications

• Senior Associate or VP level experience in M&A or investment banking.
• Hands-on experience with live acquisition or sale processes.

We are seeking experienced Investment Banking Experts to contribute to a customer project focused on financial modeling, valuation, transaction analysis, and industry research.

You'll apply your investment banking expertise to evaluate real-world financial analysis and help train next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required.

Scope of Work

• Conduct company and industry research to support financial analysis and AI training.
• Perform target screening, comparable company analysis, and transaction analysis.
• Build, review, and troubleshoot Excel-based financial and valuation models.
• Prepare and review pitchbooks and client presentation materials.
• Analyze financial materials for numerical errors, valuation issues, and logical inconsistencies.
• Explain accounting treatments, valuation adjustments, assumptions, and transaction sensitivities.
• Provide clear written and verbal explanations of complex financial concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Associate or Vice President in M&A, investment banking, or industry coverage.
