ComCap Holdings LLC is seeking an experienced professional to support M&A transactions, prepare client-ready materials, and conduct in-depth industry research. The role involves creating compelling sell-side pitch decks and collaborating with senior bankers on deal execution.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in investment banking or related fields, strong financial modeling and PowerPoint skills, and fluency in English to interact with international clients. Fully remote work is offered.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or corporate development.
• Experience with M&A transactions or internships preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support transaction execution across M&A, private placements, and fundraising with financial analyses and summaries.
• Create sell-side pitch materials highlighting opportunities for investors and buyers.
• Prepare pitchbooks and presentation materials for client meetings.
• Conduct industry and market research to monitor valuation trends and competition.
• Gather financial data and perform analyses to support transaction execution.
• Support business development by preparing materials and identifying opportunities.
• Assist in project coordination and ensure timely deliverables under deadlines.
