MAVI seeks an Inventory Accountant to own inventory accounting, landed cost, and COGS for a US consumer goods company, working remotely from Argentina. You will manage a defined close task set with review from a Senior Accountant and expand the scope as accuracy grows.

This fully remote, long-term role offers USD-denominated compensation aligned with experience and potential progression toward Senior Accountant opportunities through MAVI.

Competenze

• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Hands-on with month-end close tasks, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Experience with inventory accounting, including landed cost and reserves
• US GAAP experience, or strong Argentine GAAP (FACPCE) or IFRS with exposure to US clients
• Experience with NetSuite, Cin7, Fishbowl, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Strong written and spoken English for daily work with US teams
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Mansioni

• Inventory roll-forward maintenance across warehouses, 3PLs, and in-transit stock
• Capitalize freight, duties, and tariffs into landed cost
• Support cycle counts and physical counts, resolve book-to-physical differences
• Calculate excess, obsolete, and shrink reserves with auditor-accepted support
• Close tasks: complete close checklist on schedule and document tasks for reviewers
