Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an innovative and strategic Insurance Product Manager to lead the full lifecycle of insurance products, from ideation and market research to launch and ongoing management, in a fully remote role.

You will collaborate with underwriting, marketing, sales, and technology to ensure products meet customer needs and drive business objectives, with emphasis on data-driven decision making and strong remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in product management, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Proven ability to define and launch successful products.
• Strong understanding of the insurance landscape, including regulatory requirements and market dynamics.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Experience working effectively in a remote team environment.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market analysis and business goals.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessments.
• Develop detailed product requirements and specifications for new and existing products.
• Oversee the development, launch, and ongoing management of insurance products.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and materials.
• Monitor product performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction, making data-driven adjustments.
