Placements24 is seeking an innovative and strategic Insurance Product Manager to lead the full lifecycle of insurance products, from ideation and market research to launch and ongoing management, in a fully remote role.

You will collaborate with underwriting, marketing, sales, and technology to ensure products meet customer needs and drive business objectives, with emphasis on data-driven decision making and strong remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in product management, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Proven ability to define and launch successful products.
• Strong understanding of the insurance landscape, including regulatory requirements and market dynamics.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Experience working effectively in a remote team environment.
