CoverGo, a leading no-code insurance platform, seeks a Digital Insurance Project Manager to oversee client projects across our insurtech operations. You will drive planning, coordinate teams, and ensure projects align with client goals and budgets.

This role requires at least 5 years in project management with deep insurance knowledge and strong client-facing skills. It is a fully remote role, Canada-based, offering growth, bonus programs, and health benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (plus).
• At least 5 years as a Project Manager.
• At least 3 years of experience in insurance.
• Insurance domain knowledge required.
• Strong client-facing experience required.
• Technical skills are a plus.
• Experience delivering end-to-end project life cycle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness.
• Self-mmotivated and able to work independently.
• Based in Canada.

Responsabilidades

• Engage and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Lead project planning sessions with internal team and client staff.
• Support solution proposals for client pursuits, proposals, and PoCs.
• Participate in proposal and PoC processes (design, submission, review).
• Assist in contract creation and client communications.
• Identify and help secure growth opportunities with existing clients.
• Manage project progress and adapt work as required.
• Ensure projects meet deadlines.
• Host regular project reviews and report status with key metrics.
• Oversee all project documentation and risks.
