Job summary

CoverGo is seeking a Digital Insurance Project Manager for a fully remote role. You will oversee the implementation of projects within CoverGo's insurtech operations, leading transformative initiatives for enterprise clients across health, life, and P&C sectors.

The role requires strong Project Management experience, solid insurance domain knowledge, and exceptional client-facing skills to drive projects from planning through delivery in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field is a plus.
• At least 5 years experience as a Project Manager.
• At least 3 years experience in insurance.
• Insurance domain knowledge is a must.
• Strong client facing experience is a must.
• Experience seeing projects through full life cycle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on scope, budget, and timeline.

Responsibilities

• Engage and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Lead project planning sessions with internal team and client staff.
• Support solution proposals for client pursuits, proposals, and PoCs.
• Participate in proposal and PoC processes (design, submission, review).
• Support contracts creation and client communication.
• Identify and help secure growth opportunities with existing clients.
• Manage project progress and adapt as required.
• Host regular project reviews and report on metrics using company standards.
• Oversee all project documentation and manage risks, issues and dependencies.
• Continuously optimize processes and approach.
