Sophie Society is hiring an Influencer & Community Manager to grow our TikTok Shop division across multiple brands. You will own creator relationships, build engaged communities, and scale influencer operations with the TikTok Shop Lead.

The role is full-time in Argentina, requires English fluency, and a track record in managing creators and communities, with strong communication and organizational skills for remote work.

Formación

• Proven experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or community building.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Experience working with TikTok creators or TikTok Shop.
• Experience managing communities (Discord, Instagram, or similar).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Source, recruit, and manage TikTok Shop creators and affiliates.
• Handle outreach, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management.
• Write personalized outreach messages and build strong creator relationships.
• Negotiate commissions and manage product samples.
• Track performance metrics such as GMV, content output, and engagement.
• Identify and scale top-performing creators into long-term partnerships.
