Meadow Memorials is hiring an Inbound Sales Representative to guide families through important decisions with empathy and clarity. This remote, full-time role focuses on inbound conversations, follow-up, and supporting the broader sales process in a modern, compassionate company transforming the funeral industry.

Starting as Second Call Representative, with potential progression to First Call Representative based on performance, you’ll join a team delivering dignity and warmth across the country

Formación

• 2+ years of sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Clear spoken and written English; you explain options simply and warmly.
• Self-driven and results-focused: you track where you stand against your target.

Responsabilidades

• Handle warm inbound leads with clarity and empathy.
• Guide families through cremation options and follow up thoughtfully.
• Manage returning leads across phone, text, and email.
• Contribute to queue coverage and related sales workflows.
• Hit performance targets while maintaining strong conversion outcomes.
• Move across our stack - HubSpot, Aircall, GSuite, Slack, and case management system.
