Lira Solutions LTDA is seeking an Immigration Paralegal to support a United States law firm. The role involves close collaboration with attorneys and staff to manage immigration cases, draft forms, communicate with clients, and ensure timely filings in a fully remote setting.

You will handle English and Spanish communications, maintain case documentation, and assist with USCIS filings while adhering to deadlines and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and fluent Spanish required, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple immigration cases concurrently.
• Familiarity with U.S. immigration forms and USCIS procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist U.S. immigration attorneys with preparing and managing cases.
• Prepare, review, and organize immigration forms, petitions, and supporting docs.
• Assist with family-based immigration, adjustment of status, naturalization, work authorization.
• Communicate with clients in English and Spanish to collect information and provide updates.
• Draft client correspondence and legal documents under attorney supervision.
• Track deadlines and RFEs; monitor application statuses.
• Maintain accurate client records in the case management system.
• Help prepare filings for USCIS and other government agencies.
• Follow up with clients on missing documents and appointments.
