Qualifications

• 2+ years of US immigration paralegal experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience with US family-based immigration matters preferred.
• Law degree or attorney experience from home country strongly preferred.
• Understanding of USCIS processes and required documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documents.
• Support family-based immigration matters including petitions, adjustment of status, and consular processing.
• Collect, review, and organize client documents and evidence.
• Track deadlines, USCIS notices, filing requirements, and RFEs.
• Communicate with clients to obtain information and missing documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries as needed.
• Maintain organized case files and case management records.
• Collaborate with attorneys to ensure timely, accurate submissions.
