Winning Assistants is seeking a remote Sales Representative to join our internal sales team. You will engage with business owners and decision-makers, manage hot leads, and close high-ticket packages using a proven script.

This is a full-time, remote role with ongoing training and performance bonuses. Open to candidates in Argentina, Colombia, and South Africa, offering a base salary of $2.5k–$4k USD per month plus commissions.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in high-ticket sales.
• Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
• Familiarity with sales tools and CRMs is a plus.

Mansioni

• Engage daily with business owners, doctors, and clinic managers via Google Meet calls.
• Manage 5+ hot, pre-qualified leads booked into calendar daily (no cold calling).
• We book appointments for you, just handle the calls.
• Close deals on packages ranging from $2k and up using a proven script and resources.
• Collect payments and ensure smooth handover to the fulfillment team.
• Handle light admin tasks: manage the sales pipeline, follow-ups, draft contracts.
• Participate in daily sales huddles, training sessions, and team meetings.
