Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or administrative management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in related fields.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello) and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource trackers.
• Monitor milestones and proactively identify bottlenecks or delays.
• Coordinate go-live readiness and ensure all pre-launch requirements are met.
• Draft go-live communications and liaise with technical, clinical, and client teams.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute pre-read materials.
• Document minutes, extract key decisions, and define action items.
• Track outstanding items and follow up with owners to ensure timely completion.
• Organize and maintain project repositories and document control.
