BOLD Business in the U.S.-based furniture and healthcare planning network seeks a Healthcare Designer to translate clinical workflows into BIM models and interior space plans. You will work with architects, equipment planners, and clinical teams to ensure spaces are safe, compliant, and optimized for patient care.

Responsibilities include BIM modeling in Revit, space planning, coordinating with vendors, and producing equipment plans and submittals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture with 2–5 years in healthcare design.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam Revu, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Attainia.
• Knowledge of healthcare codes, workflows and space planning principles.

Responsabilidades

• BIM modeling and space planning for medical equipment and interior FF&E in Revit models.
• Workflow, access coordination to verify clearances and spatial flow with guidelines.
• Database and spec synchronization across Revit and Attainia; coordination with multi-vendor FF&E.
• Cross-discipline alignment with MEP, architects and contractors to resolve spatial conflicts.
