ADDMORE Services LLC is seeking a Senior Designer III with a strong background in Architecture and Interior Design to support the delivery of high-quality international projects. The role is remote and freelance, requiring hands-on design work from concept through construction documentation, with autonomous work style and collaboration across multiple disciplines.

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a closely related field.
• 6–10+ years of relevant professional experience in architecture, interior architecture, or interior design.
• Strong experience delivering residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, workplace, or high-end interior projects.
• Experience across multiple project phases: Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation.
• Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD; strong 3D visualization with SketchUp; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills; ability to collaborate with international teams and clients.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and align with U.S. business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Develop architectural and interior design solutions from conceptual through construction documentation.
• Coordinate drawings: plans, elevations, sections, details, finish plans and related documentation.
• Develop interior layouts, space planning, and detailed design packages.
• Support material, finishes, FF&E selection and specification.
• Create architectural details, millwork, cabinetry, and interior design elements.
• Coordinate requirements with MEP, structural, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Review documentation for coordination issues and constructability.
