Utopia Design is seeking a technically strong and detail‑oriented architect to join our design team focusing on boutique hospitality assets. You will translate design intent into precise, buildable documentation from RIBA Stage 3 through construction while maintaining coordination across disciplines.

The role emphasizes BIM coordination, Revit mastery, and proficiency in Navisworks, with strong knowledge of construction methodologies.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in architectural design.
• Experience on low-rise residential and hospitality projects — private homes, villas, hotels, and resorts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Professional level of English, both written and verbal.
• Portfolio is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver technical design for high-end hospitality projects, ensuring buildability and coordination.
• Develop and manage coordinated Revit models and construction documentation.
• Coordinate architecture with structural, MEP, and interiors using BIM / Navisworks.
• Resolve multidisciplinary clashes and propose practical technical solutions.
• Prepare tender and construction-stage documentation aligned with codes and specifications.
• Maintain quality control of models and drawings; flag risks early.
• Support façade and system detailing based on construction logic.
• Collaborate with procurement on technical specifications and materials.
• Guide BIM modelers and contribute to internal technical standards and workflows.
