Lavendo, Inc. is seeking a senior full-stack engineer to join a remote product studio building MVPs and ongoing features. You’ll work on a live product, contributing server-side and client-side work, while guiding AI tools to generate specs, tests and migrations.

You’ll deliver four to five features per two-week sprint, own a product area end to end, and coordinate with leadership, product managers, and client engineers to ensure quality releases.

Competenze

• 4+ years building full-stack web applications and releasing them to production.
• Experience working in a codebase you didn't write, learning its conventions before changing it.
• Hands-on work on workflow software with role-based data views, approvals, queues or state machines and audit/history.
• React, TypeScript and SQL on Azure, including schema design and migrations.
• Daily use of AI coding tools on production work, with tests and CI behind it.
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Experience delivering in fixed-scope sprints with branches, code review and feature flags.

Mansioni

• Join the team building a live workflow feature set for a client’s product.
• Own one area end to end (e.g., task engine or legacy migrations) without affecting live features.
• Design schemas, implement server-side logic from Azure to API and build React/TS UI screens.
• Review AI-generated diffs, guide tool usage, and ensure features merge safely.
