AvantStay, Inc. is seeking a Guest Experience Agent to support guests from inquiry through post-stay. You’ll work with field operators to uphold property expectations and deliver exceptional service.

The role requires English fluency, 2+ years in customer service, Zendesk experience, call-center background, and strong communication. Remote, full-time, US EST hours with weekend shifts.

Formación

• Fluent English is required.
• 2+ years in customer service or concierge roles.
• Experience in a call center environment is preferred.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Reliable with good team collaboration and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Talk to escalated guests and troubleshoot issues.
• Make reservations based on requirements and budget.
• Respond to guest messages promptly to maintain a welcoming relationship.
• Interact with guests via phone, email, and text.
• Support field operations to maintain consistent guest experience.
• Keep systems updated with guest and property details.
• Provide accurate information regarding AvantStay policies.
• Build relationships with field operators and local vendors.
• Provide high-level customer support to all guests.
