Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a Research & Strategy Analyst to join our remote LATAM-driven team. You will own research, data collection, and draft deliverables across client engagements, from briefs to final recommendations.

You will conduct market and competitive research, audit marketing experiences, pull data from third-party sources, and synthesize findings into structured briefs and templates. Experience in marketing or agency settings, strong written English, and proficient presentation skills

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, research or an agency environment.
• Strong written English for structured, professional reports and presentations.
• Experience pulling data from third-party research platforms or databases.
• Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation.
• Ability to synthesize findings into clear, actionable summaries.
• Highly organized and self-directed, capable of managing multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitive research across client engagements.
• Audit client marketing experiences: websites, emails, and inquiry flows.
• Pull and analyze data from third-party research platforms to support segmentation and sizing.
• Build first-draft reports and strategic documents from briefs and templates.
• Manage timelines across concurrent engagements and coordinate inputs from teams.
• QA every deliverable for accuracy, formatting, and completeness.
