Job summary

Peak Support is seeking a Research & Strategy Analyst (Performance Marketing) for remote LATAM work. You will own research, data, and drafts across engagements, guiding end-to-end processes on simpler projects and serving as the synthesis layer for complex strategies.

You’ll conduct market research, audit marketing experiences, and pull data from third‑party platforms to support segmentation and sizing. Strong written English and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, research, or an agency environment.
• Strong written English, comfortable producing structured, professional reports and presentations.
• Experience pulling and working with data from third‑party research platforms or databases.
• Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation.
• Comfortable synthesizing findings from multiple sources into clear, actionable summaries.
• Highly organized and self-directed, able to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines without close supervision.
• Proficient in Google Slides, PowerPoint, or an equivalent presentation tool.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitive research across a portfolio of client engagements.
• Audit client and competitor marketing experiences: websites, email, and inquiry flows.
• Pull and analyze data from third-party research platforms to support audience segmentation and market sizing.
• Build first-draft reports and strategic documents from research briefs and defined templates.
• Manage timelines across multiple concurrent engagements, coordinating inputs from internal teams.
• QA every deliverable for accuracy, formatting, and completeness before it reaches leadership.
