Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own client accounts from end to end, including strategy, execution, and direct client contact. The role emphasizes rigorous audits, clean data, and accountability for campaign outcomes.

You will manage brand and non-brand campaigns, optimize PMax, and own the entire funnel from feed to checkout. Remote role with US Eastern hours for client calls; strong English communication required.

Qualifications

• Hands on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC and eCommerce.
• Ability to own client relationships and present results and plans.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses; optimize PMax with proper CAC tracking.
• Own feed, merchant center hygiene, and landing pages; ensure tracking reconciles across GA4, GTM, and Shopify.
• Be able to defend attribution and holdouts; communicate clearly with clients.
