Job summary

Silicium Laboratories Europe seeks a Junior Growth & AI Operator to build and scale an AI-powered growth engine for premium supplements. You will set up AI tools, deploy agents and prompts, and own the revenue path from ads to sale and retention across Google, Meta, and Amazon.

You will lead landing page AI variants, run weekly experiments, and build CRM automations and dashboards to measure performance. This is a fast-paced, result-driven role with direct management feedback.

Qualifications

Practical experience building and configuring AI agents, automated workflows, or AI-powered business solutions.
Hands-on knowledge of AI automation tools (Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Make, Zapier) or similar.
Strong prompt engineering and testing skills with real examples.
2+ years in digital marketing, e-commerce, automation, or related fields.
Good understanding of Google/Meta/Amazon Ads and tracking.
Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Lead AI across the organization, setting up and maintaining AI tools, agents, prompts, and automations.
Own revenue path for products across ads, landing pages, CRM automations, and dashboards.
Build and optimize Shopify landing pages and run A/B tests with AI-generated copy.
Manage CRM automations and ensure paid traffic is captured and closed.
Coordinate with Marketing and Product teams on launches and messaging.
Develop global dashboards and attribution across channels.
