Jobgether Srl is seeking a Graphic Design Manager to lead visual concepts for e-commerce, web and mobile projects, and omnichannel marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with in-house and freelance designers, mentor junior staff, and advise clients on design best practices.

The role requires a strong UX/UI skill set, 4+ years of digital design experience, and proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite. Remote work with a focus on national clients is offered.

Qualifications

Experience with omnichannel design including web, email, social and campaigns.
Strong visual design with layout, navigation, typography, colors, and image composition for web/mobile.
Able to articulate design rationale to clients and team members.
Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
