Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist who can own the entire funnel for DTC and eCommerce brands. You will talk directly to clients, defend your budget decisions, and drive growth beyond vanity metrics.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, and brand lift initiatives, integrate GA4/GTM and feed the Merchant Center, and build landing pages or pages testing them live. You can work from anywhere with US Eastern hours for calls.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend and measurable results.
• Experience with DTC/eCommerce and shopping campaigns (Shopping, PMax).
• Strong ability to communicate with clients and own outcomes.
• Proficiency with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end.
• Lead client communication, updates, and calls.
• Audit accounts before touch: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns separately.
• Understand PMax and attribution; defend your stance.
• Build and deploy landing pages and scripts when needed.
