Job summary

Content Creators is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google accounts for multiple DTC/eCommerce brands. You will be the direct client contact, plan and defend strategies, and drive incremental growth with a strong attribution mindset.

The role requires hands-on management of PMax, Shopping, and brand campaigns, with an emphasis on NC-CPA and NC-ROAS. Remote work with US East hours for calls is expected, and experience with Shopify is a plus.

Qualifications

Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
Able to communicate in English at native or near-native level.
Willing to work US Eastern business hours for client calls.
Own the client relationship with no intermediate account manager.
Experience with Shopify stores and Meta ads is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Own a set of DTC accounts end to end as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
Audit accounts before touching anything: structure, terms, negatives, bidding, impression share, feed health, landing pages, tracking.
Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses and report them separately.
Diagnose bottlenecks and build required assets (landing pages, scripts, reporting).
Manage feed and tracking (Merchant Center, GA4, GTM) and ensure proper conversion tracking.
Keep Google's automation on a leash and optimize PMax with clear attribution insights.
