Job summary

Remote Talent LATAM is seeking a Google Ads Account Manager to take ownership of Google Ads and Local Services Ads for U.S.-based local service businesses. You will start by managing backend accounts (about 10) and SOP-driven processes, with growth toward a larger portfolio and eventual client-facing responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and self-directed, able to work independently from a fully remote setup in LATAM.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years hands-on Google Ads experience.
• Experience managing Google Ads for U.S.-based local service businesses.
• Strong English communication; highly organized and SOP-driven.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Google Local Services Ads campaigns for U.S.-based local service businesses.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Initially manage approximately 10 accounts, with potential to grow to 30–40 accounts.
• Follow established SOPs and maintain organized, consistent account-management processes.
• Proactively identify issues, opportunities, and areas for improvement in campaigns or processes.
• Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Client Success, and the technical/web team.
• Gradually take on more client-facing responsibilities as you establish in the role.
• Stay current with Google Ads and LSA best practices and identify improvement opportunities.
• Contribute ideas to improve internal systems and workflows.
