Indero, a CRO specializing in dermatology and rheumatology, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist-Argentina. The role partners with hiring managers to craft sourcing strategies and ensure a superior candidate experience across North America and LATAM.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting, build relationships with stakeholders, and support employer branding while offering remote options from Canada or Montreal HQ.

Qualifications

• University degree in Human Resources, administration, psychology, or other relevant field of study.
• 3–5 years’ experience recruiting in-company.
• Good English communication, written and spoken.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking System and candidate sourcing.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate relevant job postings on ATS and manage the movement of candidates to appropriate status.
• Develop and support the establishment of the talent acquisition strategy.
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop/execute sourcing and recruiting plans.
• Work with hiring managers to identify position requirements and sourcing strategy.
• Coach and lead hiring managers through recruitment best practices.
• Identify the best sourcing channels for different positions and skillsets within the organization.
• Act as point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Responsible to maintain all Talent Acquisitions application systems and recruitment accounts.
• Manage pre-employment process, including background verification and references.
• Support Employer Branding initiatives
• Establish a social media strategy to promote all open positions
• Proactively source talent by leveraging the appropriate platform
• Develop and update recruiting reports and analytics
• Lead and participate in talent acquisition projects and initiatives
• Prepare offer details to include in offer letters and employment contract
• Work closely with HR Business Partner to ensure a smooth transition into the on-boarding process
