Job summary

Fullstack is seeking a Data Analyst with GA4 and GTM experience to join a remote Data & Analytics team supporting education and nonprofit partners. You will own web analytics implementations, ensure reliable data from client sites, and collaborate with paid media teams to keep campaigns measurable.

You will work on tagging plans, privacy compliance, and documenting tracking solutions for cross-team use, helping sustain data integrity across campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on tracking or web analytics in an agency or marketing environment.
• Intermediate GTM containers, trigger and variable creation, data layer implementation, and server-side tagging.
• Practical experience planning, deploying, and troubleshooting conversion tracking across major ad platforms, with working knowledge of pixel and Conversion API (CAPI).
• Hands-on GA4 experience, including event configuration, key events, and DebugView.
• Comfort with HTML, CSS selectors, and basic JavaScript for tag troubleshooting and custom script implementation.
• Understanding of data privacy requirements (GDPR, CCPA) and consent management platforms.
• Analytical, solution-driven mindset with strong communication skills for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own tag management & deployment — GTM multi-client environment, data layers, triggers, and server-side tagging.
• Own conversion tracking & platform integration — pixels, CAPI, and event configuration across ad platforms.
• Own QA, debugging & data integrity — audit tags, resolve data discrepancies, verify in GA4 DebugView.
• Own data privacy compliance — manage consent banners and privacy regulations across sites.
• Support documentation & cross-team enablement — tagging plans and QA checklists.
