Job summary

TurFresh is seeking a freelance designer to transform briefs, photography, and raw footage into polished marketing assets. You will create social graphics, short-form videos, ads, emails, and print materials, collaborating with our Marketing team.

The role requires reliable, on-time delivery and strong English communication, with Pacific Time overlap. Remote work is supported from anywhere with consistent team hours.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio of marketing design for consumer brands or service businesses.
• Basic short-form video editing: selecting footage, creating openings, trimming clips, captions, audio balance, platform formatting.
• Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to make educational content clear and engaging.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines while contributing ideas.
• Strong English communication, attention to detail, and dependable delivery.
• Comfort working from briefs, asking useful questions, and incorporating feedback.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, CapCut or comparable software.
• Organized delivery of editable source files and finished assets.

Responsibilities

• Create social media graphics, carousels, and campaign assets.
• Produce short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts using provided footage.
• Develop digital advertising graphics and video variations for testing hooks and CTAs.
• Create email graphics for promotions, education, and reminders.
• Design website and landing page graphics and assets.
• Produce before-and-after content, testimonials, and service explainers.
• Create sales materials detailing our cleaning process and service value.
• Occasionally design flyers, brochures, and other print materials.
• Deliver editable source files and final assets with clear organization.
