Job summary

REVSTONE is seeking a remote Video Editor to produce short-form and ad creative for a U.S.-based marketing agency. You'll edit at scale, delivering 30 pieces of content per week with strong hooks and captions. You should be proficient in Premiere Pro or CapCut, have a portfolio of ads, and work with a daytime schedule overlapping U.S.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on video editing experience.
• Proficient in Premiere Pro and CapCut; able to produce 6 finished edits per day.
• Portfolio of short-form edits for ads, reels, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts.
• Strong hooks, pacing, and retention to engage scrolling audiences.
• Experience creating captions/subtitles and editing for sound-off viewing.
• Professional working English (B2+); briefs and feedback in English.
• Organized, deadline-driven, and consistent — volume work requires systems, not heroics.
• Reliable home office setup with an editing-capable computer and stable internet.
• Availability for a consistent Monday–Friday, full-time schedule (Argentina time) with overlap with U.S. Pacific hours.

Responsibilities

• Edit a minimum of 30 pieces of content per week — primarily short-form vertical video (ads, social clips, talking-head content, before/after project footage).
• Cut raw client footage into polished, caption-ready edits with strong hooks, tight pacing, and clean audio.
• Produce multiple variations of winning ads (new hooks, new CTAs, new openers) for A/B testing.
• Format deliverables correctly for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube placements.
• Work directly with media buyers to understand which creatives are performing and iterate on winners.
• Turn copywriters' scripts and hooks into finished video.
• Manage your queue through the team's project management system and hit deadlines without chasing.
• Self-review every edit before delivery — clean captions, no dead frames, correct aspect ratios.
