Job summary

Pearster is seeking a Semi Senior Financial Analyst to join a project for an international client. You will focus on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, delivering insights to guide decisions and improve processes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop financial models, and present key metrics. The role is fully remote for LATAM with USD compensation and full-time hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial analysis, FP&A, or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience preparing financial reports and analyzing performance.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite (nice to have).
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau (nice to have).
• English proficiency: B2 or higher (preferred).
• Based in LATAM.
• Available to work full-time remotely.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Analyze financial data and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Monitor financial performance and variances against budgets.
• Develop financial models to support planning and decision-making.
• Track key financial metrics and prepare management dashboards.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and other departments to validate information.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.
• Support cash flow analysis, expense tracking, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Prepare financial presentations for stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial data and reporting.
