Job summary

EY GDS Argentina is seeking a Senior FAAS advisor to join our Assurance team across the Americas and EMEIA. You will work with Assistant Managers, Managers and Senior Managers on client engagements providing GAAP conversion, IPO support, and transaction accounting services.

You will deliver financial statements and MD&A, support governance and policy development, and ensure timely, high-quality client service while navigating complex accounting requirements and professional standards within EY's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• 2–5 years in Assurance including at least 1 year in FAAS.
• Big4 experience would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage quality of service delivery.
• Execute FAAS solutions within Global service delivery framework.
• Support transactions such as purchase price accounting, divestiture/carve-out accounting, IPOs, SPACs.
• Prepare financial statements/MD&A.
• GAAP conversion and accounting policy/governance.
• Ensure timely client deliverables and engagement status.
• Research and benchmark client data to industry data.
• Explain critical success factors to the engagement team.
• Apply professional judgment to meet engagement expectations.
• Receive direction from the Manager and Senior Managers.
