Universidad De San Andrés is hiring for a fully remote product engineering role with a LA-based studio. You will join a team building a live workflow platform, focusing on server-side APIs (Azure SQL) and the React/TypeScript UI, shipping four to five features per sprint while keeping existing features stable.

You will work alongside the lead developer and product manager, guided by AI coding tools, with an emphasis on code quality, reviews, tests, and feature flags.

Competenze

• 4+ years building full-stack web apps.
• Experience working in unfamiliar codebases.
• Workflow software with roles, approvals, queues and audit logs.
• React, TypeScript and SQL on Azure.
• Daily use of AI coding tools with tests and CI.
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Experience delivering in fixed-scope sprints with feature flags.

Mansioni

• Deliver four to five features every two-week sprint.
• Own one area end to end without breaking live feature.
• Review diffs and manage merges with AI drafted specs.
• Collaborate with lead developer and product manager.
• Build server-side APIs, SQL migrations, and React/TypeScript screens.
