Trolley is seeking a hands-on Production Operations Lead to drive events, marketing initiatives and client relationships. You will own projects from kickoff to launch, coordinate with partners and internal teams, and step in for execution when needed.

You will report to the Project Manager and Production Lead and collaborate with the Junior PM and Marketing Coordinator. As part of a fast-growing, AI-oriented remote team, you will help ensure projects stay on track, maintain clear communication,

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple projects and managing clients or external partners.
• Hands-on execution: draft updates, build trackers, and prepare reports.

Responsabilités

• Lead events, podcasts, fellowships and community programs from vendors, speakers and contracts to post-event follow-up.
• Drive marketing and content initiatives with campaigns, newsletters, launches and promotions.
• Manage projects and partnerships from plan to launch with clear owners and timelines.
• Lead meetings with clients, partners and vendors, keeping scope and expectations clear.
• Maintain alignment across production, creative, operations and community using risk flags early.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards, reports and accurate CRM records for leadership visibility.
• Implement AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual work in reporting and planning.
