ReliefWeb is seeking a Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end planning and execution of a major data migration program for a global client. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define migration approach, manage risks, and ensure data readiness for the target system in a 9:00–17:00 UTC workday.

Applicants should have extensive experience leading large-scale data migrations, including extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading, preferably in ERP environments such as

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred)
