Randstad Argentina is hiring a Data Migration Lead to manage end-to-end data migration programs for a global automotive client. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, defining approaches, and implementing controls to ensure a reliable transition to the target system.

The position requires experience with data migration methodologies, ERP migrations (S/4HANA preferred), and fluent English for interviews and daily work.

Competenze

• Demonstrated experience leading data migration in large-scale programs.
• Knowledge of extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional migration teams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk strategies.
• Experience with ERP migrations (preferred).
• Strong English for interviews and daily work.

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities.
