Randstad Argentina is seeking a Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end data migration initiatives for a major enterprise program. The role involves coordinating multi-functional teams, defining approach and controls, and ensuring data readiness for the target system.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on migration lifecycle experience, strong governance skills, and English proficiency. This is a 100% remote, full-time position with UTC working hours and global collaboration opportunities.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration lifecycle: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Experience with S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs preferred.
• English intermediate to advanced; interviews conducted in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete and ready for use in the target system.
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams.
• Define the data migration approach, methodology and quality controls.
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues.
• Report migration status and progress to senior stakeholders.
