Job summary

Randstad Argentina is seeking a Data Migration Lead to steer the planning and execution of a global data migration program for a major automotive client. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define migration approaches, controls and risk management to ensure a reliable transition to the target ERP system.

The role requires strong data migration experience, English proficiency for interviews and daily work, and availability in UTC working hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM).

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs is preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews conducted in English.
• Available to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system.
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams.
• Define the data migration approach, methodology and quality controls.
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues.
• Ensure a smooth and reliable transition with minimal disruption.
• Report migration status and progress to senior stakeholders.
