Job summary

Naranja X is seeking a Data Migration Lead to orchestrate end-to-end data migration initiatives within a global consulting context for a major automotive client. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define migration approach, controls and risk management, ensuring a smooth transition to the target system.

Requirements include proven data migration leadership experience, strong data migration methodology knowledge, English proficiency, and availability to work in UTC 9:00-17:00.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading data migration in large-scale programs.
• Knowledge of end-to-end data migration: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams
• Define the data migration approach, methodology and quality controls
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues
• Ensure a smooth and reliable transition with minimal disruption
• Report migration status and progress to senior stakeholders
