Job summary

Naranja X is seeking a Data Migration Lead to oversee a global data migration program for a major automotive client. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach, and ensure robust controls to deliver a reliable transition to the target ERP system.

The role requires strong data migration experience, solid English communication, and availability for UTC working hours. This remote full-time position offers collaboration across continents and exposure to large-scale

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies; ERP migration experience preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews conducted in English.
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system.
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams.
• Define the data migration approach, methodology and quality controls.
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues.
• Ensure a smooth and reliable transition with minimal disruption.
• Report migration status and progress to senior stakeholders.
