Naranja X is seeking a Data Migration Lead to guide a critical migration project for a top automotive manufacturer. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, defining migration approaches, and managing risks to ensure a seamless transition to the target ERP system.

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in large enterprise data migration programs, strong methodology knowledge, and fluency in English. The position is 100% remote with a UTC work window (9:00–17:00).

Competenze

• Experience as Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies; ERP migration experience (S/4HANA preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews and daily work conducted in English.
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
